"I Love You" Valentine's Day Card - PPA Color Challenge 187

Hi Stampers,
Here is a glimpse of my entry card for the PPA 187 Color Challenge Contest.  The card entry requirement is to use Real Red, Soft Sky and Whisper White  Cardstock to make this card.  I used the new Stampin Up Scallop Topper Punch to make the tag.  Love, Love, Love that punch.  Can you figure out what punch I used to make the Hershey Kiss?  As always, you comments are always welcome and appreciated!

NOTE: The final heart of the scallop heart band on card should be 1-1/4" and is put on card 3/4" up from the bottom of Sky Blue Paper.  The tag from the toper punch is laid on card twisted so right scallop on right side of top of tag lays 5/8" from side of card, and the bottom of the tag on right side is 3/8" from bottom of card.  I popped both the Large Red Heart and Hershey Kiss with Dimensionals, and I used the Love You More Stamp Set for inside of card and also a heart from Hearts A Flutter Clear-Mount Stamp Set
