Z - Fold Bunny Basket Bunch Card - DSC#226

Hi Stampers,

I have the cutest little Z Fold Easter Bunny Card you for for this weeks DOstamper Thursday DSC#226 Product Spotlight Challenge!  For this card I used my Basket Builder Framelits Dies. NOTE:  This set is now on the discontinued list and on sale for 50% off on my Stampin Up Website page.  If you want these framlits act fast...before they are gone forever!  I got my bunny punch art idea from Bronwyn Eastley and incorporated the Punch Art Bunny into a Z-Fold Card.

I just love Z-Folded Cards, how about you? The little  "Punch Art Bunny" was a little time consuming, but so worth the effort!  Dont you just love the little Easter Basket inside the card with the cute little eggs.  What a fun framelit set.  I cannot believe they are discontinuing it.

The finishing touch was to add the little punch art flower onto the front of the card.

Avant-Garden Thank You Card - DSC#225

Hi Stampers,

Here is a fast and easy card for you for this weeks DOstamper Thursday DSC#225 Home Sweet Home Challenge!  I used my Avant Garden and So Very Much Stamp Sets from Saleabration.

I loved the colors for this week's challenge!  "Flowers" came to mind right away when looking at this weeks challenge photo,  so the Avant Garden Stamp Set was a perfect choice. I stamped the "Thank You first onto the card base and then stamped all the flowers.

The finishing touch was to make the Envelope Liner using the Timeless Textures Stamp and Sahara Sand and Peek a boo Peach Inks.

Easter Egg Punch Art Card - DSC#221

Oh stampers.... I really have a great Easter Card for you today for this weeks DOstamper Thursday DSC#221 Home Sweet Home Challenge!  Like last weeks card, this card also involves working with some Punch Art. Some of these punches are retired, sorry....but I needed to use them to create the shapes needed to construct the chicks. I never purchased the Stampin Up Egg Cartons, so I had to come up with an original idea that still held with the theme of the challenge.

This week's card was a challenge for me not because of the challenge photo of an egg carton, but trying to hand draw an egg shape to cut out for the card.  I guess I could have just used a large oval framelit for the egg, but I wanted a REAL shaped egg look.  (My OCD kicking in again).  The egg shells were made from a trimmed down Extra-Large Oval Punch, the chicks were punched out using the Builder Bird Punch with bottom of body cut off.

The white lacy look on top of the Whisper White CS was from the Adorning Accents Dies and I used the 1/16 Inch Handheld Circle Punch to punch a hole in the middle of each lace part.  I used the flower from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack to create the tiny little flower and put a tiny pearl in the center of the flower.  

As you can see in the photos above and below, I used an eyelet so the front and back of the card sections would swing open.  Both the envelope and the envelope liner were made with the Envelope Punch Board. 

The finishing touch was to add the little bow with the beautiful

  Pink Pirouette 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon .
