My is my last Holiday Card for you this year and probably my last blog post until at least next week. I have our family Christmas Eve celebration at my house and I really will be very busy the next few days cooking and cleaning and setting up for all that entertaining stuff, so it won't leave me very much time to create new cards.
I want to thank you all so very much for following my blog by email and being my faithful customers and viewers. I truly wish you all A Very Merry Christmas, and hope that you all stay safe during this Blessed Holiday Season.
Here is a beautiful Christmas Card for you to enjoy. I used the Stampin' Up! Joyful Christmas Stamp Set to make this card. The other supplies and details are listed below.
I made the poinsettia by heat embossing with Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder on White Vellum Paper. I was inspired to make this card by a card I saw that Mary Fish made that also embossed the poinsettia onto vellum. I embossed the my poinsettia image three different times. On the very top layer, I cut of some of the outside details and then I layered it onto the two larger embossed images with a Dimensional. I used (3) 3mm pearls for the berries in the center of the Poinsettia.
I also heat embossed the "Joyful Christmas Wishes" sentiment on the front of the card in Black Stampin Emboss Powder. The envelope liner was made with the Season of Style DSP and I also used the Envelope Liners Framelits Dies to cut it out.
