Christmas Messages Folder Card

Hi Stampers,
I started putting this post on the blog for you last night, but I was just so tired I couldn't even think straight anymore.  So, I just had to quit and just go to bed and finish publishing it for you this afternoon.  Well...anyways, here it is!  This was such a fun folder card to make.  I actually made it using the new Stampin' Up!© Envelope Punch Board.  Can you believe it???, WOW.  First that Envelope Board makes fantastic envelopes every time, then it is capable of making liners for the envelopes, and now it is able to make folders too. How cool is that?   A Must Have Item!!!  If you have any questions on how to make the card, email me or leave me a comment and I'll be happy to get back to you.  I also put a video of the punch board in action at the end of this post.

Happy Halloween "Bats About You"

Hi Stampers,
It is so hot and humid in Chicago today; it really makes it a great day to just stay in the AC house and create a card or project idea for my October Card Class next month.  So, this is what I ending up making.  I made this little Bats About You Box using the new Halloween Hello Stamp Set.

I used a ghosting effect using White Craft Ink for the white bats that look like a shadow behind the little black bats.  For the background color, I used a Brayer and Slate Gray Ink on a 3 x 3 piece of Whisper White Card Stock.  The Crushed Curry CS was punched out with the Artisan Label Punch.  The Bat was just a little foam sticker I found at a craft store and I glued two little white eyes on it using the small circle punches from the Owl Punch.
