Hi Stampers,
Well it's another masculine card for this weeks DOstamper Thursday DSC#135 Color My World Challenge. This challenge gave me another opportunity to make a another masculine card. I really have a shortage on them right now and when I saw the colors for this weeks challenge, for some reason I saw a mans shirt and tie in my head. This card was a real challenge for me. The main idea for the card was there, but it took me forever to figure out what to do to make the collar and lapels on the shirt stand out to hold the tie. It is definitely easier to tie the real tie on your husbands neck than onto the card base! LOL Hope you enjoy the card, I would love to hear your comments if you have time. God Bless!I used the Crazy About You Stamp Set for the Happy Birthday sentiment and the NEW Banner Triple Punch for the flagged banner. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that new punch! It pretty much punches any size flagged banner for you, perfect flagged ends all the time. How cool is that?

ReplyDeleteThank you Bobbi! Truth be told, the making of this card was a total of hit and miss. I had NO idea what the heck I was doing. I just kept cutting and folding white paper until I could make it look like a lapel. Thanks for taking time to comment! Appreciated!
