Flourishing Phrases - DSC#191

Hi Stampers,
I can't believe it's time for another DOstamper Thursday DSC#191 Sketch Pad Challenge!  For this weeks card I decided to use a butterfly in place of the pink flower on the face of the design sheet. I used my Flourishing Phrases Clear-Mount Stamp Set for that beautiful sentiment on the front of the card, and the Butterflies Thinlits Dies  for that cute little butterfly.

Do you recognize that beautiful scallop die cut on the top layer?  That scallop was done with the retired Striped Scallop Thinlits Die, that I placed on an angle on the top card layer.  The butterfly was cut out of the front layer so the Soft Suede Cardbase would show through the inside of the butterfly.

The finishing touches were to add the two Rhinestone Basic Jewels Embellishments in the middle of the butterfly and two  gems from Metallics Sequin Assortment.

Time of Year Card - DSC#190

Hi Stampers,
Take a peek at this weeks DOstamper Thursday DSC#190 Just for Hosts Product Spotlight Challenge!  I actually just got my hostess Time Of Year Photopolymer Stamp Set and could not wait to use it.  This hostess stamp is available for your purchase too if you place a $150 order.

I love the super large Thinking of You font sentiment that comes with this truly cute set!  It also includes 4 banners...Christmas, Time of the Year, Always, and the Birthday Banner shown above.  Using the new Floral Boutique DSP made the perfect card come all together!

The finishing touch was to add the little Whisper White Bakers Twine bow and to make the Custom Envelope and Envelope Liner using the Envelope Punch Board.

Always love hearing your comments!

Twisted Fold Gift Card - DCS#189

Hi Stampers,
I just LOVED this weeks DOstamper Thursday DSC#189 Home Sweet Home Challenge!  For this weeks card I decided to make a Twisted Fold Gift Card using one of my all time favorite stamp sets called Flower Patch Photopolymer Stamp and also the matching Flower Fair Framelits Die.  This set makes the most beautiful layered flowers ever.  A MUST HAVE Stamp & Framelit Set if you don't have it yet!

The Twisted Gift Card has a cute little pocket inside the card similar to the outside of the card where you can stick money or a gift card, how cool is that?

The finishing touches were to add the sentiment inside using the Watercolor Words Photopolymer Stamp Set & the Linen Thread under the flower.

Always love hearing your comments!
