It is such a beautiful spring like day today that I just had to make a spring card for this weeks DSC#128 DOstamper STARS Thursday Home Sweet Home Card Challenge. The card is called "Kinda Eclectic", and yes, named of course after the Kinda Eclectic Stamp Set used for the card. I absolutely love the sun image on that stamp set. The Home Sweet Home Challenge Photo below just said "Spring" to me, and with that image of the sun, I thought of the Kinda Eclectic Stamp Set, some cute flowers and bright colors.
For the base of the card I used Strawberry Slush CS, and the top layer is Whisper White CS. For the two green images, I used the Happy Watercolor Stamp Set. For the butterflies I stamped a lace image on scrap paper using the Something Lacy Stamp Set, and then punched them out with the Butterfly Punches. My little "Hello Life" sentiment was done with.....you got it...Hello Life Stamp Set. Both the custom envelope and it's liner were both made with the Envelope Punch Board. For the envelope liner, I used the All ABloom Paper Stack. The final "tweak" was adding the two Rhinestone Gems to the butterfly images. I hope you enjoy the card, Thank for stopping by...God Bless!
